Nitric oxide role in pathogenesis and treatment of cardio-vascular diseases (literature review)

چکیده

Literature data concerning the role of endothelium and nitric oxide in pathogenesis cardiovascular diseases, administration L-arginine as a part comprehensive therapy patients suffering from essential hypertension (EH) ischemic heart disease (IHD) are cited.Objective: to systematize current literature clinical experience with EH IHD. Conclusion. Nowadays endothelial dysfunction conception is defined insufficient production central IHD pathogenesis. Nitric deficiency occurring diseases can be compensated by means NO donors.
